🔁 Ignity Returns Policy

If you've changed your mind about your order, we're here to help. Please contact us at info@ignity.co.uk with your name and order number.

🗓 Return Window

We accept returns within  days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we do not offer a free returns service.

📦 Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

• Items must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and in resaleable condition

• Products must be unused, with any cellophane or protective wrapping intact

We recommend keeping your proof of postage, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.

💡 Bundled Items

Our kits include supplements, a pen, and a journal. If any part of the bundle is missing or damaged upon return, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of those items from your refund.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 5 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping charges.

🚨 Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@ignity.co.uk. Do not dispose of the items until we confirm next steps, as we may request the product be returned for inspection.

Claims for damaged, broken, or missing items cannot be accepted after 48 hours.
